Signal rules before launch
- MOLAND Commander Registry is a pre-launch registration campaign.
- To register, users must connect their X account, follow the official MOLAND account, and submit a wallet address.
- Each registered user receives a Commander ID, a referral link, and a shareable Commander Signal Card.
- Each verified invite adds 20 Signal Strength after the invited user completes registration.
- One X account and one wallet address can only be used for one Commander registration.
- Suspicious, duplicated, or automated registrations may be removed from the Registry Board.
- Pre-launch registry only. Planetary Base capture starts after launch. Registry status does not represent base ownership.
